JOB FUNCTION:
Trimax Hanoi Branch Manager’s job functions are consisted of multiple functions and responsibilities.

1) Sales function
2) Operations
3) Administration of Branch Office

This position will report to General Director and work closely with management team (managers in HCMC) in coordination of sales activities in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam & Other countries next to Vietnam. Manage current and new customers to expand the company’s sales revenue together with management of all operational activities for customers by customer service executives.

- Perform and be a senior person in Hanoi Sales Team, reporting directly to General Director.
- Find customers, develop domestic and overseas partners.
- Manage market information, survey, collect and analyze information.
- Build a good relationship between the company and transportation companies and the government.
- Set up list of present, new and potential customers.
- Find out and update regulations concerning transportation related fee and taxes.
- Make plan to approach customers weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
- Survey, collect, analyze, evaluate, operate and use effectively customers information, owners of
export and import goods from HCMC, Hai Phong, Da Nang ports.
- Manage and lead Customer Service Team being professional and high disciplined mindset with
customer service excellence.
- Perform willingly other assignments assigned by General Director time to time.
- Supervise Accounting and Administrative works performed by Hanoi Accountant.


** Time % : ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Conduct sales calls.
- Find potential customers.
- Prepare sales quotation by using company AFQ Form (Approval For Rate
Quotation) and obtain approval from General Director via Pricing Manager,
Offer to customers.
- Follow up with current customers.
- Develop new customers not only in Vietnam but also in Cambodia, Laos and the
Neighboring countries.
- Supervise customer service executives & accountant with their daily work
activities.


** 50% - PERFORM SALES ACTIVITIES AND GENERATE REVENUE FROM CUSTOMERS
- Create sales orders from customers to bring revenue to company.
- Work with current customers to maintain good business relationship.
- Develop new customers by providing best available rate quotations, sales
program which will meet customer's need.
- Report to General Director:
(1) Annual budget plan
(2) Weekly & monthly profit & loss plan (To G.D. CC Fin Manager)
(3) Sale strategy Report-Annual, Quarterly & Monthly (To G. D.)
(4) Monthly List of customers-old and new (To G. D.)
(5) New customer profile (To G. D.)
- Report send to G. D. & copy Pricing Manager:
(1) AFQ (Approval For Quotation (to obtain approval on rate to quote to customer)
(2) Monthly sales revenue report to calculate sales person incentive bonus payment against allocated sales target.

** 40%: MANAGE OPERATIONS (SHIPPING ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS, OBTAIN SERVICES FROM SERVICE PROVIDES WITH COST & PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE AND SUPERVISE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACTIVITIES.
- Train and educate customer service executive to level up their customer service
capabilities at top level.
- Manage all out sourced service providers for service excellence and cost saving.
- Problem free customer satisfaction with shipping orders and requests.


** 10%: SUPERVISE ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS IN HANOI BRANCH
- Supervise administrative works in Hanoi Branch in general administration area.
- Manage office leasing, maintenance, renovation
- Supervise daily accounting works by accountant.
- Check daily payment, receipts and approve accounting documents.
- Represent Trimax Hanoi Branch with government offices.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
1. Broad knowledge of sales strategies, planning and ability to execute it.
2. Broad knowledge in logistics operations with Exporters, Importers & carriers.
3. Leadership: ability to demonstrate Leadership in the team.
4. Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of MS Office Computer software.
5. Presentation skill: Good Presentation skill to attract customers and management.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, ability to understand team mates, other managers and maintain good working relationship
